1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using REAPER Learn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided via email or the platform.

2. Authorised Use Only

REAPER Learn is provided exclusively for authorised security testing, ethical hacking education, and cybersecurity research. You may only use the Service on: • Systems you own outright • Systems for which you have explicit written permission from the owner • Authorised practice platforms (HackTheBox, TryHackMe, VulnHub, etc.) • Your own laboratory environments Any use of the Service against systems without explicit authorisation is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable computer misuse laws including but not limited to the UK Computer Misuse Act 1990, the US Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, and equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: • Ensuring all your activities comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction • Obtaining proper written authorisation before testing any system • The accuracy of any information you provide during registration or KYC • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activities conducted through your account You must not share your account credentials or API keys with others.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use REAPER Learn to: • Attack, probe, or test systems without explicit written authorisation • Develop malware, ransomware, or tools intended for criminal use • Conduct phishing, social engineering, or fraud against real individuals • Circumvent access controls on systems you do not own • Share session data, credentials, or findings from unauthorised engagements • Resell or redistribute access to the Service

5. Pro Tier and KYC

Access to REAPER Pro mode requires identity verification (KYC) confirming you are a professional security practitioner holding relevant certifications or employed in the security industry. We reserve the right to revoke Pro access at any time if we determine misuse or if your credentials cannot be verified.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

REAPER Learn is provided "as is" for educational purposes. The platform operators, developers, and affiliates accept no liability whatsoever for: • Any illegal use of the Service by users • Damage caused to systems, networks, or data by users • Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Service • Actions taken by third parties based on information provided through the Service The AI guidance provided is educational in nature and must not be applied to unauthorised targets under any circumstances.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in illegal activity, or used the Service in a manner that could cause harm to others.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
